1. Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to all food orders placed with The Foxes Den, whether placed online through the website or in person. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
2. Order Process
All food orders must be placed through the website or by contacting the restaurant directly. Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email.
3. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Payments are processed securely through the online payment system provided on the website. No orders will be prepared without confirmed payment.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Orders can be cancelled up to seven days before the collection date. A full refund will be provided for cancellations within this timeframe.
Orders cancelled within seven days of the collection date cannot be refunded because all supplies will have been purchased and prepared.
5. Collection of Orders
All orders must be collected at the agreed time and date shown on your order confirmation. All collections must be collected from The Foxes Deli, located beside The Foxes Den restaurant.
If your circumstances change and you need to amend your collection plans, contact The Foxes Den as soon as possible on 028 9189 7999.
The customer is responsible for collecting the order in a timely manner. The Foxes Den cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by the customer. If a customer fails to collect the order on the confirmed date no refund will be issued.
6. Food Quality and Storage
All food is prepared fresh. Once collected the safe transport and storage of the food is the responsibility of the customer. The Foxes Den does not accept liability for any issues arising from improper storage or handling after collection.
7. Allergies and Dietary Requirements
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform The Foxes Den of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of ordering. While every effort is made to reduce the risk of cross contamination, the kitchen handles all major allergens.
8. Changes to Orders
The Foxes Den will try to accommodate changes to orders, however changes cannot be guaranteed once preparation has begun. Changes requested within seven days of the collection date may not be possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Foxes Den is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the purchase, collection or consumption of food. Liability is limited to the value of the order.
